Every fee, stated up front
All fees are self pay. There is no insurance billing for classes or certificates. The standard enrollment letter, monthly progress reports, and the completion certificate are included in the program fee.
Assessment
Every participant starts with a clinical assessment by the director, Dr. Karel Winner, DNP, PMHNP-BC, CAMS-II: a structured intake packet and anger pretest completed beforehand, a biopsychosocial history, and your track and program length assigned in writing. The assessment is $250 and includes the enrollment letter, provided within one business day. Group program prices below include the $250 assessment. A $50 seat hold reserves your place and is applied to the assessment fee.

Group sessions are $50 per 60 minute session. On the payment plan, the assessment is due before session 1 and sessions are charged as they run. A card on file is required for every payment plan.

Private education prices include the $250 assessment. Private clinical assessment is $350, and the private clinical 12 hour core prices include that assessment. The private education track is education, not therapy or counseling.

Payment rules, in plain words

The $50 seat hold is refundable until your own court or employer confirms the program is accepted; if the program is not accepted, the hold is refunded.
